As confirmed by series producer James Wan in an emotional Instagram post, The Conjuring: Last Rites has officially wrapped filming, marking the conclusion of a beloved horror saga.

The fourth installment in the main Conjuring storyline, the films chronicle the real-life paranormal investigations of Ed and Lorraine Warren. With three previous films and multiple spin-offs, the Conjuring franchise has grossed over $2 billion worldwide, keeping fans eagerly awaiting each new entry.

However, before production on The Conjuring: Last Rites began, Wan and director Michael Chaves confirmed that this film would serve as the final chapter in Ed and Lorraine Warren’s story. This was later reinforced by lead actors Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson, who have become iconic as the husband-and-wife paranormal investigators.
